Educating the next generation about green initiatives by incorporating STEM and innovation into sustainability projects that give students practical, hands-on opportunities to improve the communities in which they live.
Green Initiatives
In the fall of 2025, we will kick off an annual Idaho Green Schools initiative to find and fund projects that will make our schools greener and more sustainable. Check back in August 2025 for more detailed information.
In 2026, we will host a full day workshop for students and teachers to show off their progress on funded projects, and invite schools to come together to learn more about carbon footprints and greenhouse gases, their impact on Earth and our ecosystem, and how we can improve and positively contribute to reducing our carbon footprint
